Resin Bonded Cellulose Cartridge Filter

Resin-Bonded Cartridge is produced from cellulose fibers, which have been intrinsically bonded together by a melamine resin, to create a solid highly durable & porous structure. By treating the fibers in this fashion we can ensure a stronger cartridge that is less likely to collapse than a wound or pleated cartridge.

  • Micron Rating                                             : 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 μ

  • Length                                                          : 10”, 20”, 30”, 40”

  • Inner Diameter Standard                          : 28 mm

  • Outer Diameter Standard                         : 64 mm

  • Operating Temperature                            : 95° C

  • High dirt holding capacity.

  • Resin bonded, cellulose depth type, graded pore structure.

  • Grooved and un-grooved options available for more surface area.

  • The overall graded pore structure effect is to stop large particles on the outer portion of the cartridge while smaller particles become trapped as they progress through the declining tortuous path in the cartridge.

  • The annular grooves expand the surface collection area by more than 60%, preventing premature blinding of the outer surface.
